Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) is a systemic ANCA-associated granulomatous vasculitis whose lesions mainly affect the respiratory tract and kidneys. It can occur at any age with a peak at 65-74 years of age. The disease can present with non-specific constitutional symptoms: malaise, myalgia, arthralgia, anorexia, weight loss. It affects different organs, airways, and renal involvement being the most frequent.
