  Dense deposit is a rare autoimmune disease that mainly affects kidney function. The etiology involved is due to the harmful genetic alteration called pathogenic variants. Genetic alterations can occur suddenly due to environmental factors or from parents to offspring. This disease can occur either before birth or at any time during your life. Seven cases of DDD are found in kidney-transplanted patients with C3 glomerulopathy, which is a common occurrence in kidney transplant recipients. It is identified by the renal biopsy test, also known as ‘immunofluorescence.’ The clinical features of Dense Deposit Disease may vary. Several cases are identified through proteinuria, mainly in a hematuria and nephrotic range. Serum C3 levels (less)and C4 serum(normal) are essential for diagnosing this disease.
