Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) – Market Outlook, Epidemiology, Competitive Landscape, and Market Forecast Report – 2023 To 2033

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs). Mantel cell lymphoma is primarily driven by a chromosomal translocation denoted as t(11;14) (q13;q32), wherein the CCND1 gene becomes juxtaposed with the gene responsible for encoding heavy chain immunoglobulins. Mantle cell lymphoma primarily afflicts middle-aged adults, with a notable peak around age 65 (spanning from 35 to 85 years). Males experience a higher incidence, with a male-to-female ratio of 4:1. Upon diagnosis, most patients exhibit an extensively disseminated form of the disease.
