low-density lipoprotein receptor clearance, elevating low-density lipoprotein

tendon xanthomas, corneal arcus, and early myocardial infarction or aortic
stenosis. Diagnosis combines clinical phenotyping, profound
hypercholesterolemia, and confirmatory genetic screening. While high-dose
statins and ezetimibe form the foundation, they are vastly insufficient. Standard
PCSK9 inhibitors like evolocumab offer modest drops only in receptor-defective
variants and fail completely in receptor-negative mutations. Consequently,

triglyceride transfer protein inhibitor lomitapide provides substantial lipid
