Multiple myeloma (MM) is a challenging hematological malignancy characterized by the uncontrollable growth of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. Managing relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) entails a multifaceted approach that combines proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs, and monoclonal antibodies, often supplemented with histone deacetylase inhibitors and alkylating agents.
